Brown calls election for May 6th
David Ward offers real, fair change for Bradford East
David Ward and the Liberal Democrats offer real, fair change for Bradford East.
Gordon Brown has asked the Queen to dissolve Parliament, triggering a general election that will take place on the 6th of May.
The Lib Dems will fight for fairness in taxes, raising the income tax threshold to ₤10,000, fairness in schools through the ₤2,500 pupil premium, a fair sustainable economy and fairness of representation, which includes the ability to sack corrupt MPs.
The fight in Bradford East is between local champion David Ward, a local councillor for 25 years, and Labour's little-known London-based MP.
