The Liberal Democrats will build a fairer Britain
This time we can do things differently. The Liberal Democrats can make Britain fairer.
Local champion David Ward wants fairer taxes that put money back in your pocket. Most earners will pay no tax on the first £10,000 you earn, cutting most tax bills by £700. We will make the very well off pay their fair share by cutting off tax loop-holes only they can exploit.
The Liberal Democrats want a fair chance for every child. We will produce smaller class sizes, more cash for schools and abolish university tuition fees.
Britain can lead the world in creating a fair green economy. We will invest in public transport, renewable energy and energy efficient homes. We will take tough action on the banks to get them lending to businesses again.
And you deserve a fair deal from your politicians. The Lib Dem plans will make politicians accountable and give you the right to sack corrupt MP's. We will ban big political donations, and change our crazy electoral system.
