Labour dithering on tuition fees

Bradford MP, David Ward, has accused the Labour Party of "dithering" on tuition fees after they tabled a Parliamentary motion calling on the Government to produce a white paper on their proposals.
Commenting, David Ward said:
"The Liberal Democrats are still the only Party protecting students from uncapped fees, while the Labour Party dithers on the sidelines.
"All the Labour Party can do is call for a white paper because they don't have a policy on tuition fees.
"When will they come off the fence and tell us what they actually believe?"
