Bradford East MP, David Ward, met with members of the Environment Agency today in the New Hey Methodist Church to discuss the proposed building of an Energy from Waste (EfW) facility at Bowling Back Lane.

The Environment Agency organised a drop-in session to answer any questions or concerns from members of the community about these proposals.

Commenting, David said:

"This is a huge development in Bradford East and it is vital that people register any questions they may have about this proposed facility."

"I have raised awareness about the facility as I want people to know what is being built in their back yard. I would urge my constituents to contact me if they have any concerns or would like to find out more."
