David met with pupils from 3 Primary schools in Bradford East to present them with new school equipment as part of the 'Tesco for Schools and Clubs' scheme.

Pupils from Barkerend Primary School, Wellington Primary School and Grove House Primary School were presented with new school equipment for their work in collecting Tesco vouchers at Tesco Bradford Peel Centre.

Last year, 28 schools and clubs in Bradford East collected a total of 58,676 vouchers, with 13 of them ordering equipment worth £1,654.

Commenting, David said:

"I am very proud of the students of Barkerend Primary School, Wellington Primary School and Grove House Primary School for the hard work they have put into collecting these vouchers. I hope that the new school equipment helps them in their studies."

Commenting, Carl Foster, store manager of Tesco Bradford Peel Centre said:

"Tesco for Schools & Clubs is a scheme which my team are proud to be part of. Thousands of customers have been collecting vouchers to help their local schools and clubs get new equipment showing what can happen when a whole community gets involved."
