Bradford East MP, David Ward, accompanied a Bradford Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) on patrol last night to see first-hand their work and the issues they face
Sergeant Osman Dillon and PC Neil Thornton of the Bowling, Barkerend & Bradford Moor NPT were showing David what problems they encounter on a daily basis.
Commenting, David said:
"Having been out on patrol you can begin to appreciate how incredibly difficult and dangerous it is for the Neighbourhood Policing Teams."
"We should be grateful that there are people who are willing to put themselves in harm's way every day for our safety."
