David Ward, Bradford East's local champion
Enthusiastic supporters joined David on Thursday afternoon, and at Idle Working Men's Club on Friday evening, when he reminded them of 13 years of disappointing Labour Government, 19 years of silence by Bradford East's little known London-based MP and over 20 years of hard work and service as a local Councillor.
David Ward has promised to deliver fair change, locally and nationally, as he launched his campaign to become the first MP of the reconstituted Bradford East.
Over the next four weeks David will be campaigning for a fairer tax system, raising the income tax threshold to £10,000, a fairer start in life, through the Lib Dems pupil premium which would provide £12 million extra to Bradford's primary schools, a fairer sustainable economy and fairer representation.
