David Ward MP open's new outdoor classroom at Lower Fields Primary School

Lower Field Primary's Kinaesthetic Adventure Park was official opened by Lib Dem MP David Ward "It's absolutely fantastic," he said. "It's going to be an outstanding experience for young people".
The outdoor classroom incorporates curriculum activities for Lower Fields pupils and will be available for use by groups of children from other schools. Head Teacher at the school John Edwards said "We want children to have memorable experiences that motivate them to want to find out more and love learning."
The Kinaesthetic Adventure Park adds to the wildlife area and vegetable patches the school has already developed in recent years David was also pleased to hear that the school has be shortlisted for a Council for Learning outside the Classroom award for Excellence and Innovation. "There are different ways in which children learn and this adds to the other teaching methods here in school. It sends out a fantastic message about what other schools can do." He added
