MP, David Ward will join young people for a 'Dragon's Den' style business event for aspiring entrepreneurs.
They will be taking part in the "Step Up Market Challenge" event, taking place at Valley Parade, the home of Bradford City F
ootball Club. Norman Lamb, a senior Liberal Democrat MP and Chief Political Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, will also be in attendance.
Young people from St Matthews, Bowling Park, St Stephen's, Westminster, Feversham, Blakehill, Marshfield, LBEC, On Track and Connexions will all pitch their business ideas to a panel of "Dragons" drawn from the local business community.
One hundred projects have been shortlisted, ranging from jewellery and chocolates to bird scarers and recycled robots. The successful teams will each receive an investment of £100 to develop products to be sold on market stalls in July in Bradford city centre and Keighley Town Centre.

"It's fantastic to see so many talented young people with so much potential to succeed. We need these young people to go out and create the wealth and jobs the District needs for the future.
