No to £18,600 income limit for spouse visas
I/we the undersigned petition the Government to change the £18,600 threshold for sponsorship of a spouse visa. It is felt the the new rules fail to take into account the difference in regional pay and the cost of living. The rules mean that a person living in London is more likely to meet the requirements while doing the same job as someone in Bradford. These rules are unfair and they have caused families to be unfairly separated.
